Prior to co-founding Resolutions At Work, Jill practiced employment law for nearly a decade at one of Ottawa's most reputable employment law firms. Jill found great satisfaction in working with clients to find sensible and reasonable resolutions to their workplace issues. Jill developed both her knowledge of employment issues, and her understanding of what drives employees and employers’ behavior. She is thrilled to take this knowledge and apply it in a neutral setting through mediations, training, and workplace investigations/reviews.
