Several years experience providing leadership and strategic guidance and representation developing, implementing, managing and monitoring corporate compliance programs and working with code of conducts and ethical issues. Over 15 years experience acting as regulatory subject matter expert on behalf of regulatory bodies providing mediation, adjustication and investigation services. Currently Chair of the Discipline Committee for the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario, Chair of the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, Committee member for the Human Resourses Professionals Assoication and previously appointed to Council for the College of Dental Technologists as well as Discipline and Appeals Committee for the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council.
