Mr. Payne is in his 19th year of practice in the fields of Civil Litigation and Arbitration practice. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. He is the managing partner at Payne Law and manages a team of 5 Litigation Lawyers. The firm handles a broad range of civil, commercial, insolvency, and estates disputes including negotiations, trials and appeals, as well as complex arbitration work.
