About Me
I am a Workplace Investigator &Trainer at Rubin Thomlinson LLP, a law firm specializing in workplace andinstitutional investigations and assessments, tactical training for HRprofessionals, and consulting. I have 10 years combined experience in Ontarioand the Caribbean. At Rubin Thomlinson, I investigate diverse issues,including bullying, verbal and psychological harassment, discrimination, sexualharassment and other forms of misconduct. I also conduct policy reviews and workplaceassessments as well as training sessions to educate clients on workplaceissues. In addition to my experience as an investigator, I am also trainedin mediation. I am called to the Bar of Ontario, Anguilla and Jamaica.
