Courtney is an experienced workplace and regulatory investigator and mediator. She is currently the Manager of Investigations at Barker Hutchinson & Associates. Prior to joining Barker Hutchinson, Courtney practised employment and labour law at two prominent Toronto law firms and held several senior positions within health regulatory bodies.
Courtney leverages her varied experiences to bring insight, perspective, and a pragamtic approach to assist parties in reaching their own resolutions. Having seen the many consequences and impacts of prolonged conflict, Courtney has enthusiasically embraced mediation at this juncture in her career. Courtney applies an interests-based approach to achieve fair, reasonable and durable results for her clients.
