Members are invited to book our space for their meetings at a 50% reduction in rate.  Spaces available can accomodate up to 120 people seated and have AV and T-loop accomodations.

Members may also consider ordering through Open Doors light refreshments and or meals for their team while meeting.  

This film festival showcases and premieres the feature films, shorts and documentaries of established and award-winning auteurs, as well as the works of new and experienced local Canadian filmmakers.The festival presents over 100 films at our annual festival,  many of which originate in Oakville or neighbouring communities. We organize special screening series to raise money, and awareness, for local organizations with whom we collaborate on programming.
