About Me
I am currently completing my 31st year in public education with 20 of those years as a high school principal. During this time, I have developed my conflict resolution skills as school administration comes with numerous conflict situations. In order to hone my conflict resolution skills, I decided to take the Graduate Certificate Program in Conflict Resolution through Carleton University in Ottawa. Having completed the program, I look forward to serving as a private mediator specializing in mediation and conflict resolution in the work environment.
