Kim Parish is a self-employed Chartered Mediator and is the principal owner of Kim Parish Mediations. Kim has mediated over 2,000 disputes and also performs work as an adjudicator and a facilitator. Kim is a certified Workplace Fairness Analyst and performs workplace assessments and workplace restorations.
Prior to opening her own mediation practice, Kim was employed as a mediator and arbitrator with ADR Chambers and was a roster mediator for the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program (Toronto). Her community involvement includes prior experience volunteering as a mediator with Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview in their Youth Restorative Justice Program. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from York University and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School.
