I am aCertified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), with a Postgraduate in HumanResources, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration; and a Master'sDegree in Industrial Relations from Queens University.

I am partof the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) Ottawa chapter, a memberof the Council of Labour Relations of the Conference Board of Canada and memberof the Canadian Industrial Relations Association (CIRA).

I’m a BoardMember for the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), the CanadianParalympic Team, and Bladder Cancer Canada providing expertise in LabourRelations and Human Resources.

I havebeen working in the area for 19 years. During my position, as Vice President of People and Culture at the YMCA, I oversee four (4) Collective Agreements,thousand two hundred (1200) employees, and 250 volunteers, in more thantwenty-five(25) locations across the National Capital Region with an annualpayroll of $16 million.
