The Honourable Gloria Epstein practised generalcivil litigation at two large Toronto law firms before starting her own firm,Gloria J. Epstein & Associates in 1985. She was appointed to the OntarioSuperior Court of Justice in 1993, to the Court of Appeal for Ontario in 2007,and became a supernumerary judge in 2015. In 2018, she retired from the Courtof Appeal to accept an appointment from the Toronto Police Services Board tolead the Independent Civilian Review into Missing Persons Investigations. InJuly of 2021, Gloria received her Mediator Accreditation from the London Schoolof Mediation, recognized by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Ms.Epstein has now joined Arbitration Place as an arbitrator and mediator.
