About Me
Jonathon Kahane Rapport studied Internatonal Relations and Political Science at the University of Toronto and went on to complete Western Law School in 1995. At Western Jonathon co-founded the Dispute Resolution Centre to help the London community with alternative dispute resolution services. Since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 Jonathon practised law in the area of civil litigation and primarily insurance litigation focussing on tort, LTD, Accident Benefit, loss transfer and priority dispute claims. Jonathon has successfully tried numerous cases and arbitrations at all levels and in many jurisdictions in Ontario including Superior Court, Divisional Court, Ontario Court of Appeal, and the FSCO, LAT and WSIB Tribunals.
