My name is Mar J. Cox, and I am a first year graduate student at American University. I am currently working on a short, comedic documentary entitled How To Be A Hot Gay. My aim is to continue my work on a documentary photography series with my father, a low vision, Black American visual artist entitled loss in light. I am in the planning stages for my thesis, a short film entitled Dreamsicle which is an environmental fiction film based in a post-apocalyptic future.
