I am Virginia licensed attorney with experience in business planning and succession in addition to estate planning and administration in Virginia. Expertise related to WIFV includes drafting Virignia operating agreements, business formation, contract matters, non-profit organization and aministration, and some employment matters.
WIFV provides me the opportunity to develop my craft in writing short films and feature films, to expand my imagination, and to celebrate the creativity of other women in film and video.
