About Me

Hello my name is Shilette Reed.  I am the CEO of a newly-formed small business, 3Z Dreams Productions LLC an President of 3Z Dreambuilders, a non-profit organization focused on providing youth opportunities and connection to realize their dreams and goals in the arts, media, STEM and eventually sports.  I am an Air Force veteran who, while touring the world,  volunteered in the arts doing stage and house management; tour management and business management for various groups, events and recording artists, primarily in the Gospel arena.  I also acted in local plays like the West Side Story.  Though my primary occupation is/was as a Director of Cyber Operations, my passion has been for the arts.  While assigned near St Louis, MO and in the United Kingdom, I led the planning for African-American History month activities for the base and local areas.  Each year, two of the primary events our team planned were large concerts and plays.  Some celebrations consisted of comedy shows and Open mic events.  Finally, I was convinced that entertainment management was my true passion while being assigned in Montgomery, Alabama where I served as a the Business Manager and Tour Manager to a group called the Tribe of Judah.  We executed concerts every February and toured during Spring break for the affiliated college, Alabama State University.  I later helped with the production, management and marketing of three live recordings.  Following my dreams and passion, I started 3Z Dreams Productions and 3Z Dreambuilders, and I enrolled in American University in a Master of Arts in Film, Television & Video Production degree program, which is where I am currently enrolled.
