I am an internationally educated Economic Analyst with over 11 years of experience as a civil servant in my home country. I recently started off my second master’s in economics at the University of Manitoba specializing in Econometrics.

Winnipeg, MB

My current focus is to share the intricacies of food from farm to table from the perspective of a farm partner & professional Home Economist.

I live on a farm, and run a bed and breakfast.  I just retired from the presidency of the Manitoba Bed and Breakfast Assoc. I am still serving on the board of the Heritage Village in my nearest town of Minnedosa.  In the past I was a teacher of Economics for 10 years, a regulator of public utilities for the Manitoba government for 24 years, a freelance radio broadcaster for CBC for 12 years,  a manager of the community television station in Brandon for 4 years, and a farmer producing lamb for 50 years. Home Economists can sure do alot of different jobs!
