Women's Crisis Services of Waterloo Region operates two emergency shelters for abused women and their children: Anselma House in Kitchener (519-742-5894) and Haven House in Cambridge (519-653-2422) plus a regional Outreach program. We serve women age 16 plus, with or without their children. The phone crisis lines are available 24/7.


The Waterloo Wellington Down Syndrome Society is a volunteer-run, charitable organization dedicated to connecting and informing families and caregivers, supporting individuals with Down syndrome, and, advocating to allow individuals to reach their full potential in a community of belonging.
