I fell in love with film during college and moved to LA shortly after graduation. I worked as a production assistant on features and then as an assistant to screenwriter Pat Proft, which convinced me I wanted to write. From there, I got an MFA in Screenwriting from USC. Subsequently, I did coverage on scripts for 20th Century Fox which led to a job as a creative executive in their main film division.
