Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chemung County (CCE-Chemung) is a private, non-profit organization, affiliated with the state university of New York at Cornell University. CCE-Chemung is part of a network of extension associations, programs and services located across the state and nation. A primary focus of all cooperative extension work is the application of research-based information to community-based issues. Local, state and federal dollars cooperatively fund CCE-Chemung. Additional funding for our work comes through grants, contracts, fees, foundations and private contributions.
