Dr. Keith A. Butcher is a professor of Educational Leadership at the University of Houston, Texas. Butcher is a former teacher, principal, and district school superintendent in West Virginia and was a former Executive Director of the Regional Educational Services Agency 4 in Beckley, WV, and served as Executive Director for the Office of Instructional Services at the West Virginia Department of Education. Among other efforts, Dr. Butcher assisted in organizing educational services for victims of Hurricane Katrina who were air lifted to West Virginia immediately after the disaster.

Dr Agatston is co-author of the book, Cyber Bullying: Bullying in the Digital Age with Robin Kowalski, Ph.D., and Susan Limber, Ph.D. and has co-authored a chapter for the book, Expert Perspectives in Cyberbullying. She is also co-author of the Cyber Bullying Curriculum for Grades 6 – 12 and the Cyber Bullying Prevention Curriculum for Grades 3 - 5. Sherry M. Todd, PhD, LPC, ATR-BC, CTS, CT, CFT, BCSCR, TFTdx earned her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Old Dominion University and her MS in Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School.
