Reel Families for Change is a data-driven nonprofit committed to generating effective, meaninful solutions for working familiy in the screen industry. Our goal -- through the use of research, reporting, consultations, and training -- to encourage the industry-wide adoption of sustainable production practices like time sensible/shorter workdays, considerations for new and expecting parents, flex work, and dependent care supports to name a few.

As founder and executive director of the organization, I'm responsible for ensuring the integrity of our work, driving our mission, and facilitating our overall development, advancement, and longevity.
