She has being workingin the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for over 10 years. She hasprovided mediation, ADR services to hundreds of satisfied clients.

Her area ofexpertise are: Workplace, Faith-Based, Family Interpersonal, Landlord /Tenant.

 & leadership training and speaking servicesto hundred of participants of many organizations, including many youth groups,faith groups and community organizations in Canada and the Caribbean.

Christiana is involved in Community Outreach Programs and has the distinctdesignation as a Qualified Mediator and Workplace Fairness Analyst by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.
Her work and success in ADR and Community Engagement has impacted severalcommunities, especially youth group.
