About Me
Rosanna is current the Manager of Organizational and Clinical Ethics Services for Humber River Hospital. Most recently she completed her Certificate in Conflict Managment and Mediation from the University of Waterloo, Conrad Grebel University College. Prior to joining Humber, she was the Ethicist at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in Whitby, Ontario. Rosanna earned both a Master of Health Science in Bioethics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiation Sciences from the University of Toronto. She completed an Academic Fellowship in Clinical and Organizational Ethics with the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics and was a Senior Ethics Fellow at Toronto East General Hospital. Rosanna is a Lecturer in the Department of Radiation Oncology and the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, and Associate Member in the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Toronto. As an Ethicist a large part of her career is managing and mediating conflict between patients, families, the healthcare team and negotiating organizations. Her primary interests include healthcare, seniors, mental health, and organizational conflict.
