I am a trained lawyer, mediator and professional coach, with 20 years of senior managerial experience at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and Ryerson University Ted Rogers School of Management, leading, developing and coaching high performing teams through times of workplace disruption, transition and conflict.  My mediation and coaching skills have been honed through a Masters in Alternative Dispute Resolution (2012) and ongoing courses in management (Schulich Business School), conflict resolution (Harvard Law School) and professional coaching (Adler Institute). My strengths include consensus building, diplomacy, and a solid understanding of the complexity of human relatsionships and conflict resolution strategies.  I am currently mediationg for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and taking courses in family mediation at Riverdale Mediation.  I am a member of Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO) and on the Board of Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO).
