Marty Sclisizzi obtained hid LLB from Queen's University in 1972 and was called to the bar of Ontario in 1974. He is a former Senior Litigation Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with more than 40 year experience as a trial and appellate counsel. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his arbitration, mediation and adjudication practice, having acted as counsel in a wide variety of complex and multi-party corporate and commercial disputes including class action proceedings, banking, insolvency, fraud, employment, real estate, partnership, shareholder and other business disputes. He was recognized as a leading practioner in corporate/commercial litigation and particularly in the area of banking and financial institutions litigation. He has appeared before all level of courts in Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada, and numerous regulatory, administrative and arbitral tribunals. 
Marty is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is certified by Osgoode Hall Law School and The Society of Ontario Adjudicators in adjudication for Administrative Agencies, Boards and Tribunals. He is a member adjudicator of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO, formerly IIROC).
