Paul Blanchard, PEng, has designed and/or led over 700 electrical engineering projects in British Columbia, Manitoba and the United States. Over the span of his 39 years of engineering practice, Mr. Blanchard has also contributed an extraordinary 150 committee years of professional practice service to numerous joint boards, committees and task forces of APEGBC and Engineers Canada including serving as President of APEGBC and as the BC and Yukon Member of the Canadian Engineering Qualifications Board. Paul has also contributed significantly to numerous community, sports, recreation and charitable organizations. Mr. Blanchard's distinguished contributions have been deservedly recognized by APEGBC and Engineers Canada and by conference of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
