Angela is the owner and operator of Capstone Mediation Services. As a former police officer, Angela has years of experience in conflict resolution and court proceedings. We communicate with clients to get at the root of the issue and work collaboratively so clients experience an efficient and cost effective mediation where people feel they have more control over the outcome than what a court can offer.
