Mahmoud Abuwasel is a Harvard graduate practitioner and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria with substantial experience in high-value and cross-jurisdictional disputes and focuses on international arbitration, complex litigation, and tax controversy.

He has represented leading HNW investors, publicly listed companies, Government companies, large family holding companies, and multinationals in multi-billion-dollar litigation and arbitration proceedings and is regularly published and interviewed in leading news outlets.

Mahmoud is an admitted lawyer in Australia, a registered legal consultant in the UAE and the ADGM, and in Part 1 of the DIFC Courts, has completed the Gold Standard Course by the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, and is a licensed solicitor in the State of Victoria.
