My work experience includes the non-profit/NGO sector, Social Work, Education, Sports, and Aviation.  For over a decade, I successfully applied mediation, adjudication, de-escalation, conflict resolution, and restorative justice practices, resolving internal conflicts between colleagues as well as external conflicts that involved clients and stakeholders. As a result of these experiences, I developed an interest in pursuing mediation in a more specialized way.

In 2022, I began fulfilling the prerequisites to be recognized by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC) as a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) and in 2023, I completed this goal. The combination of over a decade of adjudicating, de-escalating, and mediating alongside my recent designation as Qualified Mediator means that I have both the experience and qualification to offer competent, quality mediation services.
