About Me

Kathryn is a Founding Partner of DMG Advocates LLP, a Toronto-based commercial litigation boutique. Prior to founding DMG Advocates LLP, Kathryn ran her own litigation boutique after spending more than 15 years practising at McMillan LLP and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and two years as Senior Legal Counsel at a top Canadian eDiscovery law firm.

Kathryn is a member of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society. She completed the TCAS Gold Standard Course in Commercial Arbitration in July 2022 and is working to build a practice as a commercial arbitrator. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 after graduating with her LLB from Queen's University.
