Alannah has experience working with leaders and executives in higher education, health care and the private sector to focus on buildiAlannah has experience working with leaders and executives in higher education, health care and the private sector to focus on building better teams and fostering healthier workplaces. This work often involves reimaging how teams and organizations approach change, strategic planning, and complex team dynamics. Alannah is skilled in cultivating inclusive and courageous spaces that invite individuals and teams to show up differently in the workplace. She strongly believes that when people feel heard and seen, they’re more inclined to be engaged, extend compassion towards themselves and others and be willing to tackle the tough stuff.

Alannah works in organizational and human development in higher education. She is a passionate facilitator who specializes in designing and facilitating content that focuses on leadership development, strengthening team dynamics, and conflict management. Aside from her instructional design and facilitation portfolio, she operates as an internal consultant working with leaders and executives to support institution-wide initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

Alannah has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Arts in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. Outside of the University, she works in the community as a mediator with two local organizations that focus on restorative justice as a way of addressing conflict and harm
