The HonourableRussell Juriansz was a justice of the Court of Appeal for Ontario from March 12,2004, until his retirement on September 1, 2021. He was a judgeof the Superior Court from March 17, 1998 until his appointment to the Courtof Appeal. He received his LL.B. in 1972 from Osgoode Law School and a B.Sc. in1969 from the University of Toronto. He was called to the Ontario Bar in March,1974. In 2015 he was awarded a honourary LL.D. by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He will bring his broad experience to bear on the resolution of a wide range of complexlegal disputes. Mr. Juriansz is dedicated to providing efficient and creativedispute resolution services to parties and their counsel.
