Robert Harason is a senior lawyer with over 40 years of practical experience and expertise in construction, corporate, commercial, partnership, debtor andcreditor, products liability, bankruptcy and insolvency, real estate,commercial landlord and tenant and condominium law and a partner at theToronto firm of Beard Winter LLP.
Robert is an Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC) adjudicator, a Qualified Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Robert has published a number of articles, and spoken on a wide range of subjects,relating to construction law, commercial law, bankruptcy and insolvency law andenvironmental law. He has been an instructor in Debtor and Creditor law and has lectured on Construction Lien law at the Ontario Bar Admission Course.
