Marie Lemay currently leads the Royal Canadian Mint as CEO. Mme. Lemay was previously CEO of the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers, where she contributed to its strategic planning initiatives, its oversight of the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board, other boards and committees and its continuing support of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. Her extensive career in the public sector has also been one of outstanding service and accomplishments, in such environmental areas as waste management and pesticide control, as recognized by major professional awards, and in municipal management. Engineer Lemay has many and varied technical, managerial and service accomplishments to her credit, and is truly a role model for all engineers, and in particular female engineers, in her contributions to society, the country and the profession.
