Hilloween, INC. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Mitchell County, NC. Each October, we will be hosting a long weekend of events highlighting the history and culture of our mountain community.  Some of these events are scary. Some are educational.  All these are fun, safe, and engaging with opportunities for the entire family.  We are especially fortunate to create this experience with a broad range of community partners from across Mitchell County.
