Heather Kennedy is a champion for strong communities responsible development of communities associated with Canada's resource development. A career that spans operations and project management, corporate executive, regulator hearing commissioner and assistant deptuty minster. Heather has strong commitment to safety, operational excellence and the development of local people and healthy local communities. Close collaboration, planning, adaptability and commitment from key stakeholders are all elements of her approach. Heather is a pioneer for women in the resource sector and has coached and mentored many young women to successful careers of their own. She champions engineering volunteering with Camp 18 of the Corporation of the Seven Wardens, APEGA and CEMF.
