Import - Export - Hamdani Textiles Ltd. is a family owned business which was first established in Hamilton, Ontario in 1994, using a 16,000 sq.ft. warehouse employing 15 people. In 1995 the plant moved to St. Catharines, Ontario on Wright St. to a 32,000 sq.ft. warehouse which employed 35 people. During the next two years, the business outgrew the plant so the Hamdanis relocated to their own building, at 55 Catherine St. in St. Catharines, occupying 108,000 sq.ft. where they now process over 300,000 lb. of used clothing per week, and employ 70 people.
