Northern Security first opened in 1976, offering a strictly mobile locksmith service. Growing demand and the need to expand the business saw the realization of a modest storefront on Elm Street in downtown Sudbury. The continuing growth of Northern Security’s product lines, staff and service offerings resulted in the need for several moves within the downtown area of Sudbury leading to our current location at 41 Lorne Street. Northern Security now offers over 1000 different key blanks, access controls, automatic door operators, safes, window bars, exit devices, pushbutton locks, and locks for any application and more, along with an extensive list of services.

The goal of Northern Security has always been to offer the best service to our customers and supplying them with solutions to their security needs. From something as basic as an extra key to master keying an entire building, Northern Security has the knowledgeable staff to provide consistent, outstanding service.
