Heart Story Consulting offers consulting support to small
and large businesses, nonprofits, colleges and universities, and K-12 schools, that
are seeking to strengthen their commitments and practices with diversity,
equity, and inclusion. This work is about more than just meeting a requirement;
it’s about helping a business or organization intentionally bring its practices into
alignment with its stated values and ethos. We bring particular expertise in
gender and sexual diversity, as well as broader DEI issues, and we offer
in-depth assessment, education, action planning, and policy review, as well as
specific one-off workshops.
