The BACD is a not for profit
organization incorporated in 1998. We are part of the ONE network and
one of 57 SBEC's (Small Business Enterprise Centres) funded in partnership by
the Ministry of Economic Development & Innovation and the Regional
Municipality of Durham. The BACD helps launch and accelerate small
business! We provide one on one consultation; educational seminars and
workshops to help small business acquire the skills and knowledge to
effectively manage and grow their businesses.
