Herizon House is a 30 bed emergency shelter  for
women and their children who are fleeing abuse and violence. In addition
to our shelter we offer services to women in the community such as crisis
counseling, housing & legal support, safety planning, advocacy and resource
planning. We provide safe non-judgmental services to support women in
moving towards an independent life that is free from abuse and violence. 

Our mission: We provide a safe, supportive and empowering
environment for abused women and their children. We are committed to promoting
equality for all persons, and through education working towards a safer
community.
