With over 20 years in the coaching, training and leadership industry (8 of those on the international stage) Cathy Coleman brings a unique mix of skills to the coaching environment. As a lifelong learner and trainer, Cathy has developed and facilitated everything from sales and prospecting, to conflict management, customer service, leadership and emotional fitness (she also has personal experience in all those areas). Her focus on Career Coaching has enabled her to help change the lives of many people;  from front line folks all the way to the CEO level. Cathy uses a unique blend of innate talent, interests and emotional fitness to create the perfect storm for personal growth to attain all you wish for in your work world. Let’s make work feel like play, and relationships easy, peaceful and joyful. It’s not to say there won’t be challenges along the way, but you will be far more empowered to move through them with confidence and resilience.
