The key focus of the company is to provide clients with services for land and subdivision development, environmental protection, infrastructure design, and the administration of capital construction projects.




For over 30 years, Tulloch has provided practical engineering, environmental and survey solutions to both the private and public sector. Projects range from large government assignments to private residential requests. Tulloch Engineering began as a small consulting survey practice with one office and 5 staff in the mid-1970’s. Since then, Tulloch has grown into a full-service firm employing over 200 professional and technical persons working from 6 branch offices across Ontario.




Today, Tulloch has technical expertise in the areas of civil, geomatics, municipal, environmental, transportation engineering, and Lidar mapping services. Engineering design services and contract administration services are provided to industrial and commercial clients, as well as to all three levels of government.

The ability to combine municipal design and land surveying, gives Tulloch the expertise to provide full-service solutions to clients. The capability to handle both geomatic services and civil engineering design allows clients to benefit from a “one-stop shop” for subdivision planning, highway and road services, renewable energy projects, utility corridors, and municipal infrastructure development.

Tulloch has always been prepared for the eventuality of having crews working from Kenora to Ottawa, or from Moosonee to Toronto, and beyond. Their comprehensive inventory of equipment, as well as expertise, is unique in the north providing a definite advantage. To overcome difficult terrain while coordinating a broad geographic workforce, Tulloch has established permanent full-service offices in Sault Ste. Marie, Thessalon, Sudbury, Parry Sound, Huntsville, and Ottawa, as well as numerous temporary construction offices set up to oversee specific projects.
