Please join Financial Women of San Francisco and Oracle for a unique opportunity to hear from leading Bay Area finance leaders on how AI, machine learning, chatbots and other emerging technologies are reshaping the finance function for the digital future. SPEAKER 


Krithika Bhat, Group Vice President ERP, Oracle Applications Lab, Oracle 

Group Vice President of ERP within Oracle Applications Lab, Krithika Bhat leads the ERP and HCM Cloud transformational journey for Oracle internally.

Krithika has experience leading development, deployment and support of global enterprise solutions. She has built and leads a 500 person global organization based in 10 countries that serves the strategic needs of multiple lines of business within Oracle, including Finance, Consulting, Support, Sales and HR. She is an IT leader with International experience, having worked with SHL System House in Toronto, Canada and Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai, India.
 
Krithika has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute (VJTI), Mumbai.

Christina S. Kite, Vice President, Global Business Strategy and Analytics, Oracle


Christina Kite is a senior technology, finance and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience with Fortune 50 and Government organizations leading large, global cross-functional teams and programs. Christina is currently Vice President, Global Business Strategy and Analytics at Oracle, helping to set and drive key ERP business and customer strategies and initiatives across the cloud development organization by bringing a data driven approach to decision making and rapidly changing priorities.

Prior to joining Oracle, Christina worked in a variety of senior executive positions, including senior vice president of strategy and operations at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, CFO for the Corporate Real Estate Division of Goldman Sachs and Vice President, Finance, at Cisco.

In 2007, Christina was identified as one of the top 100 people in Finance according to the Treasury and Risk Management magazine for her work in launching and sustaining Cisco's Enterprise Risk Management program. In that same year, she was also named as one of the top 25 Security executives by Security magazine for her work in driving security strategy and operations as part of Cisco's business resiliency program and emerging markets growth strategy. She also holds a top secret clearance as part of her work with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Agencies after 911 as part of their Enterprise Architecture efforts to share data across government agencies. Christina graduated cum laude with a BS in Management Science and has a MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.  

PANELISTS

Ivgen Guner, Senior Vice President of Global Business Finance, Oracle

Ivgen Guner is responsible for providing decision support to all business units, strategic planning, financial analysis, business intelligence system management and management reporting. She is the executive sponsor for the internal deployment of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, which Oracle has been live on since December 2016. 

Ivgen has more than 25 years of finance, accounting and executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Oracle in 1996, Ms. Guner was with Unisys Corporation for 13 years. At Unisys, she was instrumental and an integral part of the Burroughs/Sperry merger, which formed Unisys, while also holding various financial management roles. 

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan and graduated from the Ankara University in Turkey, with a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering and Food & Fermentation Technology.


Jessica Ross, SVP, Office of Transformation, Global Business Operations, Salesforce

Jessica Ross is a recognized leader in Finance with demonstrated experience operationalizing forward-thinking strategies in Finance and organizational change. Her career has been characterized by a deep commitment to leadership, transformation, talent development, and innovative applications of technology.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Jessica served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Stitch Fix where she was instrumental in the Company's recent IPO as well as in the ongoing transformation from a private to a publicly traded company. Her 20+ years of experience includes 12 years in public accounting at Deloitte, as well as executive finance leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente and Gymboree. 

She received her MBA from the Wharton School of Business and an undergraduate degree from University of California, Berkeley. Jessica is a spokesperson on visionary initiatives focused on emerging workforce trends, preparing Finance for a technology-enabled future, and advancing the dialogue on inclusion and diversity. Jessica is a two time FWSF scholarship recipient, former board member and most recently dedicated her time to lead the organization through its own strategic planning initiative.


Delphine Bernard, Global Head of Finance Operations, Uber

As the Global Head of Finance Operations at Uber, Delphine Bernard leads the procurement and supply chain functions, accounts receivable, travel & expenses, payroll and shared services. Starting with a decentralized team of approximately 40 people, she now oversees a department of 200 employees across the world and more than 400 external contractors with global processes and optimized efficiency. 
 
Delphine leads initiatives to digitalize at Uber and created the Center Of Excellence for Intelligent Automation. She has showcased the benefits of Robotic Process Automation and in less than 6 months, has launched more than 13 bots, saving thousands of human hours while increasing controls. 
 
Delphine is an alumnus of Microsoft and Skype, where she served as Group Controller. Delphine has a Master of Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management. She is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School Executive Education, where she continues to take courses and learn about leadership and strategy. Delphine founded LadyFinance, Uber's employee resource group focused on creating a strong community of women in finance.
