Details
The 2024 Quad Riders ATV Association of British Columbia (ATVBC) Poker Ride Event starts on June 26, 2024.  

We have a week of exciting rides, events, camping, food and fun planned!  

The Poker Ride will be on Saturday, June 29, 2024. 

We acknowledge that our ATVBC event
will be taking place on the unceded ancestral homelands of the Upper
Similkameen and the Lower Similkameen Indian Bands. 


Please read the following before proceeding to the Registration section at the end of the page.

Online pre-registration closes on June 15, 2024.
T-shirts sales will end on May 15, 2024. 
Meal sales will end June 15, 2024.

Registration
Registration is $5.00 per person for online pre-registration.  You can also register and pay at the event if you miss pre-registration.

*Please note that food for meals and t-shirts will be ordered according to pre-registration.  We cannot guarantee any items including camping after pre-registration closes.  Please pre-order. *

Camping space is limited so please pre-register to ensure there is a spot for you.
Pet messes must be cleaned up and pets must be on a leash at all times.

Please sign up for the guided rides at the event registration table.  
Self-guided rides are also available, however, we do ask that you let someone know your route and your return time. 

Waivers must be signed by all guests upon arrival.

Meals

Breakfast will be served on Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30 and will include pancakes and sausages, tea, coffee, juice for $10.00 each day.

Roast Beef Dinner with yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes (regular or garlic), gravy, vegetables, bun and starter green salad with 4 dressing choices.  Dinner is Saturday evening, June 29 at 6:00 pm and is $25 per person.  The cost for dinner for children under 10 is $12.50. 

All meals must be ordered with your online pre-registration.  

Camping
Camping is $20 per unit per night for online pre-registration and will be in the Princeton Rodeo Grounds. 
Arrivals begin Wednesday, June 26th.  All campers must checkout by Tuesday, July 2nd by 11:00 am.
Available amenities for camping - Bathrooms, Coin Showers, Garbage, Recycling, Generators can run 8 am - 8 pm. 
 
Camping arrivals after online pre-registration closes will be $25 per night per unit (if space is available). 

February 21, 2024- Princeton is currently still under a boil water advisory so plan to bring your water.

T-shirts


Poker Ride T-shirts are short-sleeved with the logo in white on the front.  Color of T-shirt may be different than last year.

T-shirts sales will end on May 15, 2024.

Poker Ride
The Poker Ride will be held on Saturday, June 29th.  Any registered event guest may buy one or more poker hands. 
Poker Card sales start Friday, June 28th at 2:00 pm.  Each card costs $25 and provides 12 chances to win.
Poker Ride pre-ride meeting is at 8:30 am on Saturday. The first riders may leave at 9:00 am with the last riders out by 11:00 am. All riders must be back by 3:00 pm.

Prizes will be distributed once all Poker Cards have been evaluated.

Poker ride prizes will be:

  • $1000 for 1st prize
  • $500 for 2nd prize
  • $250 for 3rd prize

Ticket sales will end at 8:30 pm each day and the winning ticket draw will take place at approx. 9:00 pm each day.  A maximum of 5000 tickets for each draw will be sold - 10 tickets for $5.

ATV / UTV Operator Safety Training

The ATV Rider's course is 6-1/2 to 8 hour training program operated by Canada Safety Council Certified Instructors. The curriculum, which is based on field-tested techniques, provides a fun and orderly way to learn proper ATV operation. The rider learns about controls, reading terrain, turning and climbing hills.

Courses will be held on Thursday, June 27 and Sunday, June 30th.  

ATVBC Member Price - $75 + $3.75 (5% GST) = $78.75

Non-Member Price/ Commercial - $150 + $7.5 (5% GST) = $157.50

KVR Trading Post

We are going back a few years and adding something that was fun.  This year we will offer the opportunity for participants to sell "stuff".  
A table /or single table space will be provided at the Rodeo Grounds.  "Stuff" could be crafts, food, baking, jewelry, wood working, rocks, ATV items.

Beer and Wine Gardens
Come and mingle with friends and share your ride of the day. Must be 19 years of age.  Beer Gardens will be open at 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Friday and Saturday evening.    Last call is at 8:30 pm. 

Mandatory Insurance 
Basic ICBC road crossing insurance (Attendees must have ICBC Basic insurance in order to cross 'highways' as defined under legislation and regulations.)  

Attendees must also have $200,000 third party liability insurance and a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements under BC law (see ICBC Bulletin MV1457). 

Riders must confirm, upon registration, that they meet these requirements.  ATVBC thanks you for your cooperation.



ATVBC Event Policies
Helmets are mandatory for drivers and passengers at all times. This includes riding in Side by Sides. Helmets are required when loading and unloading and riding around the camp site.

You must operate your machine within the manufacturer's recommendations.(for example - Only one rider on a single Quad and 2 riders on a 2UP Quad)

RefundsNo refunds after June 15, 2024.  All refunds will be less a $25 processing fee.  Refunds of less than $25 will not be processed. 

*Absolutely no refunds for t-shirts once ordered.*


Payment - Pay via Credit Card on the next screen.  Credit cards are processed via Stripe.
