Evan Low represents Silicon Valley in the California State Assembly after District 28 voters first elected him in 2014. Assemblymember Low chairs the Business and Professions Committee and also oversees the work of several caucuses. In 2015, he launched the California Legislative Technology & Innovation Caucus, which is a bi-partisan group of Assemblymembers and Senators. The statewide goal is to ensure California remains the global leader in technology and innovation. Assemblymember Low is also Chair of the LGBTQ  Caucus and Vice Chair of the Asian & Pacific Islander Legislative Caucus.
