Dr. Jean Addington is a Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Calgary and holds the Novartis Chair in Schizophrenia. Michel is a Professor of Social and Preventive Medicine whose career has been devoted to HIV and STD prevention research.  He received the Mark Wainberg Lecturer Award from the Canadian Association for HIV Research in 2008, and the Researcher Emeritus Award from the Quebec Population Health Research Network in 2016.
