After her formative years of study; including summers at various institutes around North America; Geneviève attended Wilfrid Laurier University; where she studied with renowned cellist Paul Pulford; and obtained an Honours Bachelor of Music; a Bachelor of Arts in French; and a Diploma in Chamber Music. At the age of 11; she had the unique opportunity to work with Dr. Suzuki at an International Society of Music Educators Conference in Canada as part of a small group of North American children.
