Lisa Koblin assists employers with resolving and litigating labor and employment disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid wage, failure to accommodate and class action claims in state and federal courts as well as mediation. She provides counseling on employee policies, employment and non-compete agreements, anti-discrimination statutes, wage and hour laws, PTO and leave issues, as well as assisting clients with necessary training and compliance with all New Jersey employment laws.
