Hello everyone! I am Roxanne and I have worked in the television industry for almost 18 years. In West Philadelphia (Go Eagles and Sixers!) I was born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days :) I currently reside in Laurel, MD with my fiancee and my 13 year old cat Simon. I received my BS in Broadcast Journalism from Bowie State University (Go Bulldogs!) I have worked at a variety of networks across the country such as ESPN, NBC Sports, CBS and ESPN. I am a producer with my wife, Mary Beth Warner, on her film company, Pennies Pictures, LLC, and our daugher, Lena Streitwieser, who is a director. 

Born in Paris, France, Fabienne Lips-Dumas is an internationally awarded independent producer, director, writer. Before settling in Washington DC in 2011, she has worked extensively for the Canadian broadcasters, the National Film Board of Canada and in France, the group Canal . She is currently in post-production with a film shot last October in the Haitian slum, Cité Soleil. Her film: Children of Armageddon, on nuclear testing and arsenals received many US awards.

Paige's work includes producing and editing for PBS, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, ID, HGTV, MSNBC, A&E, Netflix and the Nature Conservancy. Most recently she was Series Producing/Directing and Editing WETA’s #1 rated local show “If You Lived Here” as well as Producing her first feature documentary film.
