The Inglewood Community Garden has been active in the historic community of Inglewood since 2003. We believe that it is the largest (contiguous) community garden in Calgary and it also hosts a Communal Garden, which is (we believe) the largest in-ground solely volunteer managed vegetable garden in the city dedicated to providing produce to local service organizations and garden volunteers. Legacy's Community Garden was built to enhance the community and provide enjoyment for every resident.  Donated by WestCreek Developments, this space has been developed with the goal of increasing biodiversity, beautification and community involvement. Gardeners must possess a Residents Association membership (this is open to members of the community of Legacy only) and be up-to-date on fee payments. Join other community gardeners to grow your own organic vegetables and herbs!  We have one of the best community gardens in the city with 50 raised beds having great soil, irrigation and and lots of sunshine. Don't know much about gardening, but would like to learn? Great! Our friendly, experienced gardeners would be happy to help! In addition to the annual rental fee you must have a Willowridge Community Membership. A gardener is also required to do 3 volunteer tasks per plot to operate and maintain the overall garden area.  Updated April 2023
